Terms of Service and Electronic Services Regulations

These Terms constitute the rules for the provision of RandomFlirt electronic services and the contract between KEEM and each person who accesses or uses RandomFlirt. They also contain the information required for the services made available electronically by KEEM.

1. Who may use RandomFlirt

RandomFlirt is strictly for people aged 18 or older aged 18 years or older. By using any RandomFlirt feature, including as a guest, you represent that you are at least 18, legally capable of entering into the applicable contract, and not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

A person under 18 must not create an account, use a guest identity, enter a chat, upload content or otherwise use RandomFlirt. If we reasonably believe an account or guest is under 18, we may restrict or terminate access and take other steps required by law or our safety procedures.

RandomFlirt is not directed to children.

2. Services covered by these Terms

Subject to the live functionality actually offered, RandomFlirt may provide:

• Random Flirt: instant random one-to-one matching between eligible people aged 18 or older;
• Stranger Flirt / Flirt with a Stranger: discovery of other eligible users and direct one-to-one communication;
• Flirt Rooms: multi-user rooms organized by topic or community;
• user profiles, guest identities and account features;
• reporting, blocking and moderation tools;
• optional Premium features and paid subscriptions;
• notices, account security functions and support.

The detailed rules for each chat system form part of these Terms and are published separately as the Random Flirt Rules, Stranger Flirt Rules and Flirt Rooms Rules.

3. Technical requirements

To use the service you generally need a supported web browser or supported mobile client, an internet connection, JavaScript and cookies/local storage required for authentication or security, and a device capable of secure HTTPS connections. Some realtime functions require WebSocket or equivalent realtime connectivity. KEEM may update minimum technical requirements for security, reliability or compatibility.

Users are responsible for their own device, internet access and telecommunications charges.

4. Starting and ending the service contract

For guest-access features, the electronic-services contract is formed when the user intentionally starts the relevant RandomFlirt feature after receiving access to these Terms and required notices. The contract for a guest session ends when the session expires or is terminated, subject to provisions that by their nature survive, including legal claims, moderation records and lawful security retention.

For registered features, the contract is formed when registration is completed and the account is accepted/activated under the live registration flow. A registered user may stop using the service and may request account deletion through the available account/privacy tools or by contacting support.

Paid Premium services are governed additionally by the Premium Subscription, Billing, Cancellation and Refund Terms.

5. Accounts and guest identities

Users must provide accurate information where RandomFlirt requests it and must not impersonate another person or organization. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity performed through their account or guest session, except to the extent caused by KEEM's own breach of legal duty.

Do not sell, transfer or share accounts in a way that circumvents security, age or enforcement controls.

6. User content and user responsibility

"User Content" includes messages, room posts, profile information, usernames, images, reports and any other content submitted through RandomFlirt.

You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis necessary to submit it. You must not submit content that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, image rights or other rights.

RandomFlirt does not endorse statements made by users and does not guarantee that another user's identity, claims, intentions or profile information are true. Users should exercise appropriate caution when communicating with people they do not know.

7. Licence needed to operate the service

You retain ownership of rights you have in your User Content. To the extent necessary to operate, secure, display, transmit, moderate, back up and improve the service, you grant KEEM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, process, transmit and display your User Content for those purposes and for the duration reasonably necessary to provide the service and meet lawful retention duties.

This licence does not give KEEM ownership of your content and does not authorize KEEM to sell private conversations as content.

8. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use RandomFlirt to create, send, display, upload, request, promote, facilitate or arrange:

• sexually explicit content or graphic descriptions of sexual activity;
• pornography, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexual live-chat, sexual performances or requests for explicit imagery;
• prostitution, escorting, paid sexual services, sugar dating, compensated companionship, or romantic/sexual activity in exchange for money, gifts, housing, employment, financial support or other value;
• any sexual content, grooming, exploitation, solicitation or abuse involving a person under 18 or a person represented as under 18;
• child sexual abuse material or content that sexualizes children;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sextortion or threats to distribute intimate material;
• harassment, stalking, bullying, coercion, threats, hate-based abuse or encouragement of violence;
• scams, fraud, phishing, identity theft, financial manipulation or deceptive investment/romance schemes;
• illegal goods or services, trafficking, controlled drugs, unlawful weapons or instructions intended to facilitate serious illegal activity;
• spam, unauthorized commercial solicitation, pyramid schemes, mass advertising or repetitive promotional messaging;
• malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, scraping that violates technical controls, or attempts to disrupt the service;
• infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
• another person's private information without lawful authority;
• content or conduct that violates applicable law or these policies.

9. No sexual-services marketplace

RandomFlirt may enable ordinary user aged 18 or older social and romantic conversation, but it must not be used to buy, sell, request, advertise or facilitate sexual services, explicit sexual content, compensated romantic arrangements or pornography. Premium payments are payments to KEEM for RandomFlirt product features only; users may not use RandomFlirt Premium or any product feature to pay another user for companionship, content or activity.

10. Moderation and blocked messages

KEEM may use automated and human moderation measures appropriate to the service, including server-side rules that prevent certain prohibited words or phrases from being delivered. A blocked message may be rejected before delivery and may not appear in ordinary chat history.

Moderation measures are imperfect. A message being allowed does not mean KEEM approves it, and a message being blocked does not necessarily mean the sender committed an unlawful act.

KEEM may warn, limit, remove, suspend or terminate content, features, sessions or accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, respond to valid notices, maintain platform integrity or protect KEEM's legal rights.

11. Reporting and blocking

Users are expected to use the available report and block tools when appropriate. Reports must be made in good faith and must not knowingly contain false accusations.

KEEM may review reports, available context, account history and technical information where lawful and reasonably necessary. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome and should not be used as an emergency service.

If there is an immediate threat to life or physical safety, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

12. Specific rules for the three chat systems

12.1 Random Flirt

Random Flirt is designed for instant randomized one-to-one communication. Users can leave, skip or be re-matched according to the live product design. Users should not assume that a temporary match will remain available later. Random Flirt messages are temporary and ordinary unreported chat content is removed after the match closes, subject to the separate safety, report, legal and security retention described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 Stranger Flirt / Flirt with a Stranger

Stranger Flirt allows eligible users to discover/select other users and start direct conversations according to the live access rules. Stranger Flirt conversations are temporary: inactivity, leaving and disconnect rules close the shared conversation, and ordinary unreported messages and media are scheduled for deletion within one hour after closure. Reported evidence may be preserved separately under the moderation-retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.

12.3 Flirt Rooms

Flirt Rooms are multi-user spaces. Messages may be visible to multiple participants and should not be treated as private one-to-one communications. Room-specific rules and moderator actions may apply in addition to the global Community Guidelines.

13. Premium and payments

If RandomFlirt offers Premium, KEEM is the merchant and contracting seller of those paid digital services. Before purchase, the user is shown the current total price, currency, billing interval, whether the subscription renews automatically, the main Premium benefits, cancellation method, and any legally required withdrawal information.

Payments may be processed by an external payment provider. Payment-provider terms may also apply to payment processing, but KEEM remains responsible for its own consumer obligations as seller.

Do not place an order unless you are authorized to use the payment method.

14. Consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Where EU/EEA/Polish consumer law gives a consumer a statutory withdrawal right for a distance contract, KEEM will provide the legally required pre-contract information and withdrawal mechanism.

If the consumer asks that a paid digital service begin during an applicable withdrawal period, the checkout will collect any express request or acknowledgment required by law. Refund consequences will depend on the service actually supplied and the applicable mandatory rules. Logging in or using Premium once does not by itself remove every statutory withdrawal right.

Separate Premium Terms explain the operational cancellation/refund process.

15. Complaints concerning electronic services

A user may submit a service complaint to [email protected] or through the live support mechanism. The complaint should include enough information to identify the account/session where reasonably possible, describe the problem and state the requested resolution.

KEEM will acknowledge and handle complaints within the period required by applicable law and, where no mandatory shorter period applies, without undue delay. The complaint process does not limit statutory rights or access to competent authorities/courts.

16. Intellectual property

RandomFlirt's software, brand, graphics, interface and other KEEM-owned material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where law allows otherwise, users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or commercially exploit the service or KEEM content without authorization.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of user-owned User Content to KEEM.

17. Availability and changes

KEEM may maintain, modify or discontinue features, including to improve security, comply with law or platform-provider requirements. Where a change materially affects a paid consumer service, KEEM will provide notice and remedies required by mandatory law.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, internet failures, abuse, security incidents and events outside reasonable control may affect the service.

18. Safety and interactions with other users

RandomFlirt introduces people who may not know each other. KEEM does not conduct a guarantee-level background check on every user unless a specific feature expressly says otherwise. Users are responsible for deciding what information to share and whether to continue an interaction.

Do not send money to other users, disclose authentication codes, share financial credentials, or agree to transactions that violate these Terms.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, KEEM is not responsible for losses caused solely by another user's unlawful or unauthorized conduct that KEEM could not reasonably prevent, for indirect or consequential business losses where such exclusion is legally permitted, or for failures caused by systems outside KEEM's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for intentional misconduct where applicable.

20. Indemnity for non-consumer misuse

To the extent permitted by law and not applicable where prohibited for consumers, a user acting in a business capacity agrees to indemnify KEEM for third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from that user's unlawful User Content, infringement of third-party rights or deliberate material breach of these Terms.

21. Suspension and termination

KEEM may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, credible underage use, fraud, threats to security, legal requirements, abuse of reports, payment fraud or other serious risk. Where applicable law or the Digital Services Act requires a statement of reasons or appeal mechanism for a moderation decision, KEEM will provide the required process.

Users may stop using RandomFlirt at any time and registered users may use the available account deletion mechanism, subject to lawful retention.

22. Privacy

Personal data is handled under the RandomFlirt Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are addressed in the Cookie & Tracking Policy.

23. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to a consumer in the country of habitual residence. Nothing in this clause deprives an EU/EEA consumer of protections that cannot be waived by choice of law.

Competent courts will be determined under applicable law. Consumer users retain access to mandatory complaint and dispute-resolution mechanisms available to them.

24. Changes to these Terms

KEEM may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the account/service and with notice required by law. The effective date and version will be displayed on the page.
