Copyright, Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy

Effective date: 13 August 2026

Version: 1.0

1. Respect for rights

RandomFlirt users must upload/share only material they are authorized to use. This includes profile photos, room content, text, trademarks and copyrighted works.

2. Notice of claimed infringement

A rights holder may submit a notice to [email protected] containing enough information to identify the protected work/right, locate the challenged material, identify/contact the complainant, explain the basis of the claim, and include any declaration/signature required by applicable law.

The email notice route accepts legally sufficient notices under applicable law, including notices under the EU Digital Services Act where applicable; it is not limited to the US DMCA process.

3. Action on notices

KEEM may remove or disable access to material when a notice is sufficiently substantiated, required by law or supported by the Terms. Where applicable, the affected user may receive a statement of reasons and an opportunity to contest a decision.

4. Repeat infringement

KEEM may restrict or terminate users who repeatedly infringe rights, taking into account the facts, applicable law and proportionality.

5. US DMCA safe-harbor readiness

RandomFlirt does not currently claim that KEEM has a registered US Copyright Office DMCA agent. If that status changes, current agent information will be published here.

6. Counter-notices

Where a legally recognized counter-notice procedure applies, KEEM will process a valid counter-notice according to applicable law.
