Cookie & Tracking Policy
Effective date: 26 August 2026
Version: 1.2
Controller: KEEM sp. z o.o.
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains cookies, local storage, advertising technologies, SDK identifiers, pixels and similar technologies used by RandomFlirt.
2. Essential technologies
RandomFlirt uses strictly necessary technologies for secure sessions, guest-session continuity, CSRF protection, abuse prevention, service reliability, checkout continuity and saved privacy choices. These technologies remain active because the requested service cannot be securely provided without them.
3. Free RandomFlirt is advertising-supported
RandomFlirt Free is an advertising-supported service. Advertising placements and the configured advertising provider start for eligible guests and Free members when the final page interface mounts. Advertising does not wait for Cookie Settings, an Analytics choice, an Accept All action or an account privacy setting.
Advertising technologies may include cookies, pixels, browser or device identifiers, network identifiers, browser storage and related technologies used by advertising providers to request, select, display, measure, secure and account for advertising. The exact provider technology may vary with the advertisement delivered.
RandomFlirt evaluates service tier, device, route, physical placement, provider configuration and duplicate-zone rules before starting an advertising unit. RandomFlirt does not block a Free advertising attempt because a visitor uses a VPN, proxy, Apple Private Relay, an anonymous IP service or a privacy-focused browser. A provider may independently return no creative or apply its own traffic controls.
4. Premium is ad-free
Premium removes RandomFlirt advertising. For an active Premium entitlement, RandomFlirt does not mount advertisement placeholders, create an advertising frame, request the advertising provider or start the provider runtime. If a Free user upgrades while the application is open, active RandomFlirt advertising instances are removed when the Premium entitlement is confirmed. If Premium later expires, the Free advertising-supported service resumes.
5. Analytics is separate and optional
Google Analytics 4 is the only active analytics technology. It measures visits and page use for service improvement. Provider: Google LLC. Measurement ID: `G-KE07L9NYFD`.
The Google Analytics tag and measurement requests load only after the user saves Analytics as ON. Users may turn Analytics OFF through Cookie Settings. Refusing Analytics does not disable advertising on the Free service, and accepting Analytics is never required for monetization.
6. Free or Premium service choice
RandomFlirt does not provide a permanent Free-without-advertising mode. A person who does not want the advertising-supported Free service can choose:
- Continue Free with Advertising; or
- Upgrade to Premium and Remove Ads.
There is no third action that keeps Free access while disabling RandomFlirt advertising. A person who chooses neither option must stop using the Free service.
7. Saved privacy choices
Cookie Settings stores the current policy version, the optional Analytics choice and the time of the choice in first-party local storage under `rf_cookie_consent_v1`. The saved service record does not create a Free-without-advertising entitlement. Essential technologies remain active, Free advertising remains active, and Premium remains ad-free.
8. Current production technology inventory
| Name | Purpose | Category | Duration | Party | Service behavior |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| `blinkly_session` | Registered-user authentication; HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict | Essential | 7 days; administrator sessions 30 minutes | First party | Required for the requested secure service |
| `blinkly_csrf` | CSRF protection paired with the registered session | Essential | Same as the session | First party | Required for the requested secure service |
| `blinkly_guest` | Temporary guest-session authentication | Essential | 6 hours | First party | Required for the requested guest service |
| `blinkly_guest_csrf` | CSRF protection paired with the guest session | Essential | 6 hours | First party | Required for the requested secure guest service |
| `rf_cookie_consent_v1` | Stores the policy version, Analytics choice and service-choice time | Essential preference storage | Until replaced or browser storage is cleared | First party | Does not disable Free advertising |
| Advertising frequency/session records | Enforce configured placement limits and duplicate-zone protection | Advertising | Session or configured duration | First party | Used only when relevant advertising inventory runs |
| Adsterra advertising technology | Request and display configured monetized advertising | Advertising | Provider-defined | Third party, Adsterra | Active for eligible guests and Free members; inactive for Premium |
| `_ga`, `_ga_<container-id>` | Distinguish GA4 browser/client and session activity | Analytics | Commonly up to 2 years | First party, set by Google Analytics | Created only when Analytics is saved as ON |
9. Browser controls
Browser controls may block or clear cookies and storage. Technical blocking can affect advertising delivery, measurement or service continuity, but it does not create a contractual Free-without-advertising service tier.
10. Updates
RandomFlirt updates this policy and its production inventory when an analytics, advertising, payment, security or embedded-media technology materially changes.
Current service status
Eligible guests and Free members receive the advertising-supported service immediately. Premium members receive the ad-free service. Analytics remains separately optional and never controls advertising eligibility.
