Premium Subscription, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms

These Premium Terms apply in addition to the RandomFlirt Terms of Service.

1. What Premium is

Premium is an optional paid digital service that provides the benefits shown on the live purchase page for the selected plan. Benefits may include only those actually enabled in production.

The purchase screen, not old marketing copy, is the source of truth for the plan being purchased.

2. Price and billing interval

Before the order is placed, RandomFlirt displays the total price, currency, billing interval, taxes where required, whether the plan automatically renews and the method for cancelling.

3. Recurring subscriptions

If the selected plan automatically renews, the user authorizes recurring charges according to the disclosed interval until cancelled. Renewal terms are presented conspicuously before purchase.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed through the payment provider actually enabled in production. KEEM remains the seller of RandomFlirt Premium. A payment-provider logo or checkout integration does not make that provider the seller of RandomFlirt.

5. Activation

Premium entitlement activates only after the production payment system confirms the payment/checkout event required by KEEM's billing logic. Client-side success pages alone must not grant entitlement.

6. Cancellation

Users are given a practical way to cancel future renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not necessarily create a refund for a period already supplied, subject to mandatory consumer law.

When Stripe checkout is enabled, members can manage or cancel renewal from Account > Billing through the secure Stripe customer portal. Billing support is available at [email protected].

7. EU/EEA/Polish consumer withdrawal rights

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within the applicable legal period. If a user asks RandomFlirt to begin providing Premium before that period ends, checkout will obtain the legally required express request and acknowledgments and explain the consequences accurately.

Payment or first use does not automatically remove every statutory withdrawal right.

8. Refunds

KEEM will provide refunds where required by mandatory law and may provide discretionary refunds under its published support policy. Chargebacks should not be used as a substitute for contacting support where a good-faith billing issue can be resolved normally.

9. Price changes

A price change for a future renewal will be handled with the notice/consent rights required by the contract and applicable law. Existing customers are not silently moved to a materially different price in breach of the disclosed subscription terms.

10. Failed payments and termination

If a payment fails, Premium may be paused or expire according to the live billing rules. KEEM may prevent fraudulent or abusive payment activity.
