18+ Eligibility & Age Policy

1. Global minimum age

RandomFlirt is strictly 18+ worldwide as a product rule, even where a local law may allow younger users on some other social services.

2. User declaration

By entering or registering, a user confirms that they are at least 18. Where the live product collects date of birth, a date indicating a person is under 18 must not be accepted to create/use the service.

3. Suspected underage use

Users should report suspected underage accounts/content. RandomFlirt may restrict an account/session while reviewing credible information.

4. No 18+ user–minor interactions

A person known or reasonably believed to be under 18 must not participate. Any sexualization, grooming, exploitation or sexual solicitation of a minor is strictly prohibited.

5. Country-specific age assurance

An 18+ checkbox or Terms clause is not necessarily sufficient in every jurisdiction. RandomFlirt assesses age-assurance requirements for each supported market. Where stronger age assurance is legally required, the service will implement it before serving that market or will restrict availability there.

6. Privacy by design

Age-assurance methods collect the minimum data necessary and avoid retaining identity documents unless retention is necessary and legally justified.
