RandomFlirt uses user reports, blocking controls, administrator review and limited automated rules to enforce its Terms and Community Guidelines.

The initial automated text control is a simple server-side blocked-word/phrase filter designed to reject certain prohibited messages before delivery. It is not described as artificial intelligence and does not determine criminal guilt.

KEEM maintains internal statistics on reports, blocked-message events, moderation outcomes and appeals sufficient to satisfy applicable transparency obligations. Public transparency reporting will be published when required by the service's legal classification/size or voluntarily when the data quality is reliable.

The exact detection dictionary and anti-abuse thresholds are confidential security/moderation information and is not published in a way that materially assists evasion.
