Marketing & Electronic Communications Policy

Effective date: 13 August 2026

Version: 1.0

1. Separation of service and marketing messages

Security alerts, verification messages, receipts, subscription notices and service-critical communications are separated operationally from promotional marketing.

2. Consent and lawful marketing

Where prior consent is required for email/SMS or similar marketing, RandomFlirt obtains a clear opt-in that is separate from acceptance of the Terms. Do not pre-tick marketing consent.

3. Unsubscribe

Marketing messages include an effective unsubscribe/opt-out method where required. Suppression records may be retained to ensure the user is not accidentally re-subscribed.

4. International rules

Marketing operations account for the recipient's jurisdiction, including EU/Polish electronic communications rules, UK PECR, Canada's CASL and US CAN-SPAM where applicable.

5. Ad-platform consistency

Marketing creative and landing pages must accurately describe RandomFlirt as an 18+ non-explicit social/chat service. Do not market it as a hookup service, sexual chat, user aged 18 or older live chat, sugar dating, escorting, paid companionship or a source of sexual encounters.

6. User-to-user promotion

Users may not use RandomFlirt messages or rooms for unsolicited commercial promotion, affiliate spam, paid-companionship offers or illegal marketing.
