Law Enforcement, Emergency & Government Requests

Effective date: 13 August 2026

Version: 1.0

1. Scope

This policy explains how KEEM handles requests from law-enforcement, courts, regulators and other government authorities for RandomFlirt information.

2. Valid legal process

KEEM will disclose personal data only where it has a valid legal basis, including binding legal process, applicable statutory duties, or another lawful ground. KEEM may seek clarification, narrow an overbroad request or challenge a request where legally appropriate.

3. Verification

Requests should be submitted through [email protected] from an official channel and include the requesting authority, legal basis, specific account/content identifiers, scope and required deadline.

4. Emergencies

A narrowly tailored emergency request involving a credible threat of death or serious physical harm may be evaluated under applicable law. Emergency disclosure is not automatic and must be documented.

5. Preservation

KEEM may preserve specified data in response to a valid preservation request or other lawful duty, even where ordinary product retention would otherwise delete it.

6. User notice

Where legally permitted and appropriate, KEEM may notify an affected user of a request. Notice may be delayed or withheld where prohibited by law, court order or where it would create a serious safety/investigation risk.

7. No backdoor access

Authorities do not receive unrestricted direct access to RandomFlirt systems merely by making a request.
